This document explains how IOL.im complies with the Digital Services Act (DSA), applicable from 17 February 2024 to all online platforms operating in the European Union.

2. DSA point of contact
Pursuant to DSA Articles 11 and 12, the following channels are available:
Communications sent to these addresses are handled solely for the purposes set out in the DSA.
3. Community rules and content moderation
IOL.im hosts user-generated content (texts, images, videos, profiles, events, messages, etc.).
The platform prohibits material that is illegal, offensive, or contrary to the Community Rules and the Terms of Service.
Content moderation is performed exclusively manually by the moderation team.
No automated filtering or removal systems are used.
4. Reporting illegal content
Users can report potentially illegal or ToS-violating content in two ways:
Via the “Report” button available in the IOL.im Messenger app;
All appeals are handled manually by the moderation team.
6. Adults-only access
IOL.im is an adults-only platform that may contain sexually explicit material.
Access is permitted only to persons aged 18 or over.
Accounts belonging to minors are not allowed. Any attempt results in immediate suspension and, where necessary, notification to the authorities.
7. Advertising transparency
IOL.im may display static or rotational advertising banners that are not personalized and not based on profiling.
These banners do not use targeting, tracking, or personal data collection.
Advertiser details are not shown, as they are generic campaigns managed internally or by partners.
8. Annual transparency report
Under Article 15 of the DSA, IOL.im will publish an annual transparency report covering:
the number of notices and reports received,
moderation actions taken,
average response and handling times,
complaints and user appeals processed.
Since DSA compliance was introduced during 2025, the first annual report will be available from February 2026.
IOL.im is operated by Pixel Industries Ltd, a company established in the United Kingdom.
The platform is available internationally and is not specifically directed at any single EU Member State.
